OUR MISSION: Uniting Christians to improve the welfare of our neighbors through: RELATIONSHIPS across
organizational, racial and economic barriers; DISCOVERY of personal vocation through spiritual growth; and SERVICE which demonstrates God's care for every individual.
Our efforts will always be conducted in cooperation with the congregations in our community. We believe congregations are necessary for the long-term health and growth of every individual. CFP is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) started in October of 1999 and incorporated on October 5, 2000.

OUR NEED: We believe that God has more solutions than our community has needs, and look for the volunteers who will make that vision a reality. We are also seeking faithful monthly donors willing to support the ongoing services provided by the Faith Partnership. Most of our outreach ministries are not financial in nature—we offer our time rather than material forms of support. But we are in need of sponsors to fund the necessary coordinating functions we provide.
