Our Spring CARE Day on 5/1 was a huge success. We had 92 volunteers from 12 different congregations working at 5 sites and using over $1400 in donated materials and supplies. THANK YOU to all our sponsors!

OUR SCHEDULE ON SEPTEMBER 25th!

• 8:30am: Coffee & Crew Assignments
....... meet at New Life Victory Center
....... in the Clinton Plaza, Ithaca
....... (Clinton St. off Meadow St. behind CVS)
• 9:00-12:00: 1st Shift at worksites
....... see locations below
• 12:00-1:30: Lunch provided for all volunteers
• 1:30-4:30: 2nd Shift at worksites

OUR WORKSITES ON SEPTEMBER 25th

1) Woman with paralyzed Grandson (in Town of Ulysses)
We will build a shed to store medical supplies for a grandmother
who cares full-time in her home for her paralyzed grandson.

2) Impaired Woman and Husband (in Town of Enfield)
Woman and her husband have medical and financial issues which
keep them from accomplishing necessary roof repairs.

3) Impaired Woman (in City of Ithaca)
This woman needs help maintaining the yard at her father's home
since he passed away and other maintenance repairs.

4) Single Father of 4 with a Disabled Child (in Town of Enfield)
We may do some more painting and repairs at this sites we also
worked at in the Spring.
