Bishop Garlington is an apostolic leader and the Founder of Covenant Church of Pittsburgh. For more than four decades, Covenant Church has been a model for racial healing. Bishop Joseph is widely acclaimed for both his teaching and music ministry. He is an accomplished musician, recording artist, author and scholar, whose work touches thousands through books, radio, TV, and national and international conferences. His distinctive insights and humor have made him a favorite conference speaker around the world.
Bishop Garlington is also the Presiding Bishop of Reconciliation! Ministries, an International Network of Churches and Ministries, INC that spans the globe in representation with nearly a thousand congregations worldwide and is a model of reconciliation.
